We offer a range of cleaning services for commercial and residential properties, including general cleaning, spring cleaning, window cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, after-construction cleaning, and any other cleaning services you request.

Yes.

We always assign the same cleaners to each house or site. Only when there are occasions such as public holidays, illnesses, emergencies, or travel/holidays, might the cleaners be different.

Yes.

Our cleaning team will come at the agreed time on the same days for weekly/fortnightly customers. However, we cannot guarantee the same days and times for once-a-month customers.

Yes.

They are all ID checked, police-checked, and reference checked.

Yes.

All of our cleaners come fully equipped with their own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you'd prefer us to use specific products or equipment, feel free to leave them out for the cleaners.

Don’t worry. We are fully insured.

This is entirely up to you – you can be there during the service, let the cleaner in and leave, or even not be there at all. You are welcome to provide access to your cleaners by a key or lockbox. Please note that our cleaners generally work most efficiently when the house is empty of people and pets.

We appreciate all feedback, whether positive or negative. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact our office with details about the issue and include any relevant photos. We will arrange a re-clean within 2-4 days of the initial service for any missed or unsatisfactory areas, and/or offer an appropriate discount if necessary.

Great care is taken to allocate a cleaner suited to your needs. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your service, all it will take is a phone call to our office.

Yes.

We not only clean visible areas but also invisible areas such as under the beds or sofas.

Yes.

All we ask is that you give us prior notice – at least 24 hours – so you do not incur any cancellation fees.

Please note that we require parking to be provided for our cleaning teams. If you live in the city or in an area where parking is difficult, please let us know in advance. Any parking fees incurred will be added on top of the cleaning fees.
